The Clinical Services Director is a key member of the Brynn Marr Hospital Leadership Team who will integrate and coordinate a patient centric strategy with a keen focus on patient care; ensuring that delivery of high-quality and cost-effective health care is consistent with the mission, vision, and values of the hospital & Universal Health Services and in accordance with government regulation, licensing and accreditation requirements. Â The Clinical Services Director provides administrative direction and necessary clinical supervision to the Care Coordinators, Therapists, Recreational Therapists, Teachers and Interns throughout the hospital.Â The position oversees the hospitalâ€™s clinical services intern program and collaborates with Nursing, Program Managers, and Physicians to provide clinical programming and a therapeutic milieu for our patients.
The Clinical Services Director facilitates weekly treatment planning meetings for the residential unit and participates in related daily, weekly and monthly meetings as part of the hospitalâ€™s Leadership Team.
Works closely with Utilization Review and Business Development in reviewing and approving applicants for admission to the resident treatment unit and serves as a liaison between clinical staff and referring agencies in ensuring provision of quality care and promoting the hospitalâ€™s reputation as a premier provider of inpatient psychiatric care.Â
