Occ Summary
Works with assigned clinical specialty line team of clinical educatorsto meet the education needs of the specialty. The e ducator willfacilitate the adult learning process creating a climate whi ch supportslearning. Leads educational activities consistent with the s tandards ofpractice in the delivery of care and services in the assigned department. Assist the department leader with the educationaloperations, and compliance standards.

Minimum Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree required in field related to the assigned clinical discipline. Master's Degree preferred.
Experience
5 years of experience in the assigned clinical area. Experience with adult educationand experience with designing and delivering training curriculum preferred.

A state license and registry required based on assigned clinical area.
