The person filling this position will provide onboarding management and support in the implementation and fidelity of the MORES (Mobile Outreach Response, Engagement, and Stabilization) program to new provider sites or teams. This position includes managing, supervising, coaching, and organizational support. The position requires travel to visit and work with statewide provider sites
Minimum Qualifications
Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, education, or related field or Bachelor’s and at least three (3) years of experience in program implementation leadership, staff supervision, evidence-based behavioral health models or child and family services.
Experience in providing training and support to others, particularly in behavioral health, child welfare, youth development, social services, or other related areas.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of implementation science and experience in using that knowledge to successfully implement evidence-based interventions in multiple communities.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work cooperatively by demonstrating professional, ethical, and respectful behavior.
Uses data to problem-solve and develop a continuous quality improvement process across systems.
