OverviewThe Supervisor of Behavioral Health Services works collaboratively with the Director and Manager of Behavioral Health Services to carry out department goals. Ensures consistent standards of practice and models best practice behaviors. Ensures exceptional behavioral health and substance use counselor, psych social work and transitional care employee competencies, and ensures appropriate staffing to meet patient, family and hospital needs. Manages staff and holds staff accountable to department goals and KPI's. Manages staff schedule, Kronos, staff FMLA, progression, trainings for licensure and WakeMed required trainings.
